Teenager awarded compensation after riding accident involving unsuitable horse

We advised and obtained damages for a teenager who was taken out for a ride by a family friend who was an experienced horseman.

Although she was known to be an inexperienced rider, she was provided with a very fit horse which was unsuitable for a novice and taken straight onto local grass gallops. The horse bolted and she fell, sustaining serious injuries.
