  We are investigating a claim concerning a failed breast augmentation procedure. Our client sought advice about changing the shape and size of her breasts after being unhappy with them for some time.
• Negligently performed rhinoplasty
  Our client underwent a rhinoplasty that was negligently performed as too much bone was excised, resulting in a nose graft that should not have been needed.

  Our client underwent rhinoplasty under the care of an Austrian plastic surgeon through Surgicare in the UK. Unfortunately, the surgery was unsatisfactory, both aesthetically and because our client experienced problems with the sensation in the tip of her nose.
• Revision cosmetic surgery required after poorly performed ENT procedure
  We represented a client in a claim against her surgeon for failing to obtain her consent properly and for exercising poor surgical technique when performing a columelloplasty procedure.
• Damages for burns caused by IPL hair removal treatment
  A 54-year-old woman has received £3,500 for the injuries she sustained as a result of negligent IPL (intense pulsed light) hair removal treatment. She suffered mild superficial burns to her arms, with peeling and dyspigmentation.
• Settlement of claim against private cosmetic surgeon for negligent dermal filler treatment
  We have recently settled a claim for a client who suffered an injury to her lower eyelids from dermal filler injections. Our client was not warned that such an injury could occur.
• Miami beauty appointment ends in emergency medical treatment
  We were retained by a 25 year old woman who worked for a UK based airline. While on a stopover in Miami, she visited a beautician for eyelash extensions but was left with one eye glued shut.
