Profile

Shaun is a marine manager and a member of our casualty response team based in the London office. He has a wealth of experience in admiralty claims particularly salvage, collision, ship arrests and limitation actions as well as bunker disputes.

He regularly acts for P&I clubs, insurers and operators on marine personal injury claims.

Recent work highlights

Representing bunker suppliers / traders in respect of a substantial dispute over bunkers supplied to various vessels.
Representing insurers of a ferry in relation to a claim for indemnity and contribution as a result of damage sustained as a result of a grounding.
Representing tug owners in Antigua as a result of a yacht grounding on a coral reef, ultimately negotiating a wreck removal contract with hull insurers.
