Elisabeth is a senior associate in the reputation management and privacy team. She is based in the London office and acts for both claimants and defendants in relation to defamation, misuse of private information, breach of confidence, data protection and harassment matters. She also has experience of a broad range of domestic and international commercial litigation.
She trained at the firm, qualified as a solicitor in 2016, and then spent several years at a niche reputation management practice before returning to Penningtons Manches Cooper in January 2023.
Elisabeth has been described by The Legal 500 as 'widely respected for her exceptional industry, judgment, knowledge and client-management', 'the ideal team player who extracts excellent results' and 'a pleasure to work with at all times, even when things get stressful'. She has written articles for several legal publications.
