Profile

Vicki has had experience working in law firms since 1986, developing a particular specialism in litigation, personal injury and clinical negligence. She joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2010 and has worked as a paralegal in the clinical negligence and personal injury team in our Surrey office since then.

On a day to day basis, Vicki assists the team on a range of tasks including requesting, collating and indexing medical records, liaising with clients, hospitals and other medical practitioners and providing support with a variety of financial tasks.

Managing a medical records system for the whole department to monitor requests for records from various medical authorities.
Setting up a system to monitor files through the costs process.
