Greg is an accomplished real estate investment and development lawyer with over 15 years of experience.

His successful track record encompasses a broad spectrum of transactions and he has gained particular expertise in relation to the delivery of complex projects underpinned by development management arrangements through a number of recent high-profile schemes.

Greg combines detailed legal insight and pragmatism with an appreciation of his clients’ key commercial drivers. He joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2018 from the City office of another leading UK law firm.

Acting for an overseas investor on the development of a landmark building in West London providing over 400,000 sq ft of office and retail space along with new public realm and interfaces with the adjoining overground and underground railway stations.
Advising an iconic development manager on the establishment of co-development management agreements for several office-led developments in central London with anticipated gross developed values of up to around £2 billion.
Acting for an institutional investor on its £46 million speculative forward purchase of an industrial estate in South East London which was in the course of development and comprised 14 industrial units.
Dealing with the acquisition and financing of a residential-led development in East London with planning permission for around 100 flats and commercial units.
