Rebecca is a knowledge paralegal in the real estate department in the London office.
She provides support and advice in respect of the legal aspects arising in real estate transactions and keeps the team up to date with current awareness briefings and relevant training sessions. Rebecca also assists with maintaining precedents, creating guidance notes, and working with third party legal service organisations such as the Land Registry and search providers.
Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2022, Rebecca worked in a Leeds high street firm across the family and residential conveyancing teams. She studied law with criminology at the University of Birmingham and graduated with a distinction in the LPC LLM at the University of Law.
